DEATH FOR KASAB.......... "THE JUDGEMENT DAY"

Bombay high court upholds death sentence for Ajmal Kasab. The Bombay high court on Monday announce the death sentence for the captured Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab 9 months after he was awarded the death penalty by a special trial court for the death of 166 persons in the 26/11 terror attacks.Kasab smilled on verdict and he guilty on 7 counts.



Kasab, the 24-year-old convict, hailing from Faridkot in Punjab province of Pakistan, appeared on screen before the court through the medium of video conference.

Mohammed Ajmal Amīr Kasāb, born on 13 July 1987. Pakistani terrorist who was involved in the 2008 Mumbai attacks. Kasab is the only attacker captured alive by police and is currently in Indian custody. The Government of Pakistan initially denied that Kasab was from Pakistan, but in January 2009, it officially accepted that he was a Pakistani citizen.
